I’m proud to say that my two recently completed projects are two of the sexiest penthouses in Fort Lauderdale. The aptly named “Las Olas Penthouse Blue” and “Fort Lauderdale Beach Red” each had their own dominant color theme that carried throughout all of their spaces.
